How do I prepare for my session?

Avoid a heavy meal for 2-3 hours beforehand.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing.
Bring water, blanket. Optional - eye mask, pillow for under knees
Plan some quiet time afterward rather than rushing into work or errands.
You will receive more instructions via email once you have booked your session

Are there any Contra-indications?

Yes, there are some health conditions that we need to be aware of. In most cases we will guide you to stay within your own healthy range. Please let us know if you have any of the following:-
Schizophrenia, bi-polar or manic disorders, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular issues, high/low blood pressure, asthma, COPD, serious eye conditions or recent surgery.

I’m feeling emotional this week should I book a session?

Please reach out to us if you’ve had an overwhelming experience in the lead up to your session, this may be the loss of someone close, a medical diagnosis, or another life altering event. We will discuss with you how you are feeling and the level of support you may need, a one on one session can be very cathartic during these times.
